Anastasiya Ryabova will speak at the Balkan Arbitration Conference in Montenegro

On 10-11 October 2024, the Hilton Podgorica Crna Gora will host the Balkan Arbitration Conference, supported by law firms LK Law (UK), BlankRome (USA), international litigation funder Nivalion, and the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

Anastasiya Ryabova, an associate in international commercial arbitration, will participate in a panel on third-party funding in arbitration in the CEE Region, held on 10 October. She will focus on the status of third-party funding in Russia, as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in the country.
